Program & Professional Membership - Family Home - $100.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Licensed Early Learning and Child Care family homes (8 spaces or less) must hold a valid program membership to access SECA and The Cooperator’s preferred insurance premium. Each site that holds insurance must have their own program membership. Professional memberships grant voting rights at SECA’s AGM, allows for reduced registration fees for SECA events, and gives you access to all other membership perks and benefits. This membership includes a CCCF membership.

Program & Professional Membership - Group Home - $100.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Licensed Early Learning and Child Care family homes (more than 8 spaces) must hold a valid program membership to access SECA and The Cooperator’s preferred insurance premium. Each site that holds insurance must have their own program membership. Professional memberships grant voting rights at SECA’s AGM, allows for reduced registration fees for SECA events, and gives you access to all other membership perks and benefits. This membership includes a CCCF membership.

Program Membership - Centre Based - $75.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Licensed Early Learning and Child Care centres must hold a valid program membership to access SECA and The Cooperator’s preferred insurance premium. Each site that holds insurance must have their own program membership. This type of membership excludes voting rights at SECA’s Annual General Meeting and does not allow for reduced registration fees at SECA events. Program memberships have access to all other membership perks and benefits. This membership includes a CCCF membership.

SECA Professional Membership - $100.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Individual working in child care or a related field.
Early Childhood Educators and those working in the Early Learning and Child Care sector are welcome to purchase a membership. Professional memberships grant voting rights at SECA’s AGM, allows for reduced registration fees for SECA events, and gives you access to all other membership perks and benefits. This membership includes a CCCF membership.

SECA Student Membership Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Enrolled in FULL TIME ECE or Child Focused Studies. To qualify must not be employed at an ELCC program.
